Our Founder
Poseidon’s founder saw the need for greater attention to planning, preparation, and implementation in the reroofing industry. By personally guiding each project, he ensures that clients receive the highest level of oversight from start to finish. This leadership style shapes our culture: we treat every client-partner’s property as if it were our own.
Matt Leslie
Matt Leslie, founder and owner of Poseidon, brings over 30 years of hands-on roofing and waterproofing expertise to every project. A Florida-Certified Licensed Contractor and certified installer for leading manufacturers, Matt has built his career managing roofing projects from “the cradle to the grave.”
He launched Poseidon in 2017 to offer a consultative, relationship-driven alternative to traditional roofing partnerships. Today, he remains personally involved in each phase of every job, combining his deep technical knowledge with a collaborative mindset that keeps clients needs front and center.
